I sent my tv in to be repaired they told me i would have it back at 4 pm that afternoon i did not get it back until two days later and paid up front and an hour later i had the same problem sound but no picture . i tried ringing them several times and there was no reply on the phone. i found the service very bad and am going to take it further Melanie Fitzgerald 8TH MARCH 2016

Really bad service. Didn't fix my TV, gave me a 6 month guarantee and then when I told them it was still faulty they made promises to fix it but never pitched. I sent numerous messages and heard nothing from them. Extremely unprofessional.
