Called for an appointment spoke to a very rude unhelpful lady who advised me that she has no appointments when I mentioned having a Groupon voucher yet if I cone through as a cash paying client only then is she willing to accommodate me . I find this dishonest and when questioned her she rudely said that I may report her and she does not need my business. I would not like to be associated with such a salon if this is the way u treat honest 'cash' paying clients .I do not expect anything for free and yes I paid cash for my Groupon!
