Very Unprofessional!!!
I Do not recommend DuPlooy Media
We have been struggling for 6 months to get our wedding footage
He quoted a price that we paid in full and is now demanding additional funds that we were not made aware of.
Be very careful of this company
Update 23/01/2023: we have approached our legal advisors and are in the process of having the sheriff auction off Duplooys items. We have already received our court verdict in favor of us the plaintiff on an unopposed basis.
We have tried to make contact with Duplooy via email and WhatsApp to settle out of court. He has not once responded to us. I have proof if anyone wants.
the quote that we received from him which has been paid in full. We still have not received our 60-90 minute edited video, or our engraved USB.
We have told him to keep the photos or delete them as they were not quoted for and therefore we will not pay for them.
Just give us our video footage that we paid R20 000 and we will get someone else to edit it
