I Tokkie Du Toit entered the real estate industry at Du Toit & Kie in 1993 and I have been actively working in various fields of the real estate industry continuously since then. I passed the EAAB exam and is registered estate agent and is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board since I first entered the industry for 22 years now and have always and still are abided by the prescribed rules and regulations of the board.

I own and are the present principle of the business Du Toit & Kie and therefore have all the relevant administrative and management knowledge required in the real estate industry.I attended various courses in order for me to keep myself informed of changes in the industry and I have sufficient experience in the following fields of the real estate industry:

Sales en lease of residential, agricultural and commercial properties.

In view of the fact that I have previously sold properties in the area to clients originating
from various parts of South Africa, I perform my own marketing ventures and also
initiate all my own advertising for my agency as well as to market and sell the properties
to the best of my ability and to serve our clients with the best service we possible can
deliver.
