Reviews
Initiated team-level intervention focused on building a 'psychological safety' culture. This involved training managers in 'emotional intelligence' and providing safe, anonymous channels for feedback to reduce conflict - future operations. Excellent experience.
Reliability is everything in investigative forensic and priority crime work. I've collaborated with him for a few years on various cases and his insight is consistently second to none. He understands the unique clinical and psychological demands of investigative work and provides a level of support and expertise that is rare to find. In the high-pressure environment of investigations, he’s been a vital asset to our clients and corporates.
I highly recommend Jean-Pierre Van Der Berg. His approach at The Behavioral Therapist - Clinical Psychologist is professional, insightful and incredibly effective. He is easily one of the most dedicated I have encountered, providing impeccable care and clear guidance.
