Office and admin staff are rude and actually disgusting to patients. Accounts department just as cold. Clearly this is a company that only cares about money and not about patients. Surely they realise that without patients there won't be ant money? never again will I deal with them and I will spread the word.

Worst experience EVER. Would not recommend them to anyone. Traumatised by personal experience. Didn't do what they were suppose to.
