Our aim is to provide good quality service to all our clients. We are a family owned and professionally managed Real Estate Agency. We started our career in the real estate industry in 1999 and after working for the corporates for 10 years we decided to break away and become an independent agency in January 2009. It has been a good decision and we have enjoyed a good success rate, even though the market has been uncertain at times. We take a common sense approach when dealing with challenges and we always try and develop a strong relationship with our clients by trying our utmost to consider every ones circumstances at all times.
At Doucal Properties we do not have the same constraints of a large agency and we therefore have the ability to differentiate ourselves from them by striving to give constant and effective service by means of our flexibility.
