DJ Syndico currently manages over 50 properties on a fractional title basis. These properties are located in 9 different holiday destinations, each with unique features such as golf, Big 5, fishing, sea and water sports.

Only the finest properties, built to the highest building specifications, on the best stands available, are considered for our portfolio. These properties have every luxury and convenience imaginable and are managed by a team of experts who want nothing more than to ensure that owners get full value and appreciation from their investment.

DJ Syndico manages the following on behalf of shareholders:

1. Investment sales
   We promote and sell shares to investors. The land is purchased with a house designed specifically for that stand before launching it as a Fractional Ownership investment.

2. Project management
   Our Project Management team will manage and control the architects, engineers, building contractors and interior designers. Shareholders are updated on a monthly basis on progress reports and minutes of site meetings.

3. Property management
   On occupation an experienced managing agent will be responsible for taking away all stressful and mundane tasks that accompany owning a holiday home such as maintenance of the property to administration and bill payments.

4. Re-sales
   A dedicated sales team will facilitate re-sales on behalf of shareholders.

5. Exchange and rental agents
   A web-based software program networks all shareholders to a rental or swap pool. Our rental pool will be actively marketed to the public, corporate's and travel agents. Shareholders can add some of their weeks to the swap pool and make use of a property in another estate.
