DAY TOURS
Depart from hotels or guesthouses at 9 am and return at + 5 pm. Price includes all entrance fees and guiding but excludes lunch.
OVERNIGHT TOURS
Price includes bed & breakfast, all entrance fees, excursions and guiding. Lunch and dinner is excluded unless otherwise stated.

ACCOMMODATION
We have selected clean and comfortable air-conditioned overnight accommodation. Suitable accommodation in Cape Town can also be arranged.

TRANSPORT
All tours are conducted in luxury air-conditioned microbuses. For comfort and personalised attention we limit the number of passengers to 6 persons per bus with a maximum of 12 persons per group.

INSURANCE
The onus is on all passengers to be insured for personal accident, medical costs, personal effects, cancellation and curtailment.

BOOKINGS
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking. The balance to be paid 30 days before tour departure.

CONDITIONS
Discovery Tours reserves the right to change any route and arrangements where deemed necessary. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Discovery Tours, staff and agents will not be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person and or his/her luggage and/or personal property, whenever the same shall arise from, or be occasioned by the negligence of Discovery Tours, their staff and agents, or any other person directly or indirectly in the employ of Discovery Tours or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
