Yesterday I was at Dischem in Parow Centre for my vaccination. I was there at 7:30 for 8 o'clock. While walking to the pharmacy, I asked a nurse sitting on the bench, where I must be. She walked with me, was so friendly and explained the process to me. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. Everyone from the lady that took my temperature, the man giving my number and the form to fill in, was so friendly and organized. Then I went in to Bay 1, it was the same friendly nurse that helped me outside !!! She explained what she was going to do , gave me card afterwards. You can be really proud of your staff - at 8:20, I was sitting in the waiting room for my 15 minutes and after that I walked out. That was really a pleasant experience. Well done !!!!
