The one thing we all have in common is food! While our bodies may thrive when properly nourished, the opposite is true. As a registered dietitian, my priority is to ensure that you are well-nourished with foods that you have access to and enjoy eating.
Whether you are suffering from an illness, disease, an upset stomach or are struggling to lose a few kilos, I have the necessary skills and knowledge to assist you nutritionally reach your goals.
I am also a Certified CDE Optifast Dietitian and very passionate about eating disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, PCOS, weight management, chronic diseases and gut disorders.
Upon your first visit a full nutritional assessment will be conducted, inclusive of a full body analysis which assesses your body fat, muscle, water and bone mass. Thereafter you will be provided with your very own personalized meal plan.
