Venue is beautiful and good, the person dealing with customers not so much. Day before my sister's wedding, my sister was shouted at and treated very badly but when her now husband went to the venue to find out what the problem was, he was treated very nicely. You do not go into this line of business if you cannot stay professional. Yes all brides can be difficult hence you need to be able to handle this and stay professional not shout at the bride the day before. Very poor on this part.
