Only to be told you cannot change to the smart I. D card because you're current green book sais Born in England. Yet on the top it sais South African Citizen. And I'm married to a South African. Funny I'm allowed to vote and they have no problem taking tax off me. This is total nonsense. Don't waste your time going there, it's a circus of incompetence.
