i am a learner at sediti high school and iam being abused emotionaly by one of the teacher's there is it necessary for a learner to be abused by a teacher???

I reclocated in 2011 from Durban after I got a job with the department of justice,and had to leave my child with my relatives she is attending school in one of the model c schools in Durban I have been applying with both Eunice and St Michaels since 2011 November I have no clue what is the problem they simple say its full yet I always apply prior before the closing date. I find this so humilating because I am a single parent and my child is at risk.I am unable to understand the process I thought they should prioritize students from outside the province. I am dissapointend the Department shoiuld really see to it that we are welcomed in this Province, my child is in one of the best girls primary schools in durban it is confusing as to which criteria are they using in to accept applicants
