Department Home Affairs Office Mashishing, Lydenburg

What a bad experience!! I received a SMS from home affairs that my ID and Passport is ready for collection at Mashishing Lydenburg on the 28th of October. I drove all the way from Steelpoort (60km) to collect it. On arrival at 14hoo,the office were empty only the guard and 3 people were sitting waiting. The lines were off. A man came in he fixed the lines and request the admin personal to switch on the computers as everything is working. They came in not very happy to start working as it is Friday 14h00. I stood for almost 10 minutes without any one assisting me. I asked them please assist me I am here for collection. They took my phone in disbelieve look at the message and inform me that I need to register in front with the guard. I told them that I asked the guard "I am here for collection" he told me to wait in the line. The line has no one for collection only the 3 people waiting to apply for their ID's. I walk back to the guard who told me he cannot help me he first need to let the people in that is on the list that he have. Outside were only 3 people not on the list,. They keep calling people on the list, but no one step forward. I asked them please help me I drove far for this collection, I already paid for everything and just need to collect the Passport an Id card. He told me that they will only assist me when the people is helped from the list he have (that is not responding ) before the closing time. I told him" I am inside the building and must be helped before closing time". He said " no that doesn't work like that". If they are not finished with the people on the list he cannot assist me. I am so upset like all the other people inside the building. Some off them was waiting since the previous day to be helped. All of us waiting and not be helped is all White. Is this a racist's thing or what. We all paid the same money and would like to receive the same assistance This is not the first time this happen even when I applied for my ID card and Passport is was the same attitude. Please assist us what to do. If I ask for their names they ignore me.
