Good day,
I purchase Denovo Tissues (350 sheet 2PLY) on the 7th March 2026 at Sunshine Westate (Proof of purchase is available if required). The quality of the tissue is horrible, poor, it is very soft to a point that the double sheets are separating when you unroll it making it a single ply. We are required use more of the toilet paper because it so light and it lacks the 100% perforation that I normally get when I purchase the Denovo tissues. Kindly attend to my concerns and advise a way forward.
