Delacon Planning provides a wide range of specialist services in support of land use management, property development and development planning. The first, Town Planning, deals with strategic planning, property development, drawing of building plans, training and identification of developable land. Legislation, on the other hand, concentrates on planning and land legislation, municipal legislation, integrated development planning, land use management, land use schemes, town planning schemes and municipal and planning matters. For the past 7 years, Delacon Planning established itself as a knowledgeable company on land use management, integrated development planning, social housing and local government matters. The firm is managed by Dr. Susan Bouillon who has 10 years experience in a municipal and land development environment.The employees of Delacon Planning are registered members of The South African Planning Institution for Town and Regional Planners (SAPI). Since the foundation of Delacon Planning, it has been involved in various projects. Projects included applications for residential estates, guest houses, professional offices, creches, commercial uses, group housing schemes, conference facilities, medical consulting rooms, second dwellings, churches, redevelopment of hostels and subdivision of erven. Delacon Planning has also been involved in various tribunal hearings and legal matters. This includes:, Appearing before Municipal Courts, Appearing before Municipal Tribunals, Preparing of Legal Opinions, Compilation of Heads of Argument, Giving of Legal Advice.Delacon Planning has also presented various training sessions relating to land and planning law. Delacon Planning is built on trust and integrity and aims at reflecting these beliefs in every action it performs. Years experience in a municipal and land development environment provided Delacon Planning with the necessary abilities and skills to render a service to its clients.
