Newly installed Defective electrical stove caused an explosion

Very poor service, defective and faulty newly installed defy electric stove.The distributor refused to listen to the customer, refused to attend to the matter and threw the customer out of the shop.
There was a big explosion while the stove was being used to cook. Newly installed and within warranty.
Customer was told to pay R630 for both call out and must also pay for the part.How unfair and unjust.And how rude of the shop owner
