Good Day I am disgusted by the service rendered by your call centre! Never in my life have I encountered people who are as incompetent as I did today. I called in on numerous occasions trying to reason and make arrangements on an account that was handed over to you. I was sooo frustrated on every call that I even became abrupt and rude. Debt collection is a skill and requires patience and reasoning. I said on several occasions that I can make arrangements but no one is willing to do that. I called 011 348 7010 and spoke to Henry ,Nellie, and then one of the managers Abel who was even more unhelpful. Being assertive is key but resolving the matter is success. I am disputing the balance on this account.
