Worst experience ever! Booked a trailer a week beforehand, told the guy that we are 2 women and 5 children with a Toyota Fortuner that needs space for some xtra baggage. He said the trailer will be perfect for our car, we don’t have to worry, they will handle it. On the day of departure the technician attaches and tests the lights etc, arriving home everything pulled out of the plug and wires and pieces ate hanging loose, trailing after the car. Now we are in a hurry to leave, we are 2 women who doesn’t want to arrive at our destination after dark. The technician arrives and the verdict is that the 1 year old standard Toyota fitted Fortuner is the problem, not his fault that he coupled hosing, and wiring, that’s too short, and pulls out of the plug when the car turns. So now he says he won’t be able to help us wooth a trailer anymore and takes the trailer back with him. We now fill up another car with fuel and do the 3.5 hour trip with 2 cars. So an extra cost of R 1700 for us but we don’t complain. Month later he pays us back R 150 short because of the costs he had because his own technician wasn’t able to attached the trailer correctly, or tell us it’s not gonna work from te get-go. So any women who considered dealing with this company, DON’T!!!
