Dynavate manages the full credit life cycle, which includes: Origination & Risk Management (with an optional Origination Contact Centre), Debtor & Account Management (incorporating a CRM Contact Centre), a sophisticated Transaction Engine, Default / Arrears Management, Collections Contact Centre, Legal Collections, MIS & Reporting, and a Configuration Manager. Dynavate incorporates other enabling technologies such as: Document Management, configurable Process / Work flows, Contact Centre scripting, Telephony integration, Bank/payment system integration, an Internal GL (with external GL integration), and other Third Party Integration. Dynavate is highly configurable, but is easily adaptable and customisable to cater for proprietary requirements.
