Owner is very friendly and I believe excellent. However, my hairstylist was unprofessional, unfriendly, distracted, brushes were dirty, she burned me numerous times with the hair tools and when I mentioned my bangs were a bit too long, she proceeded to chop off my bangs with feathering scissors and I ended up with such a short unshapely fringe that I looked like Yolandi Visser. She responded rudely whenever I pulled away when she burned my scalp and kept staring into the mall as if looking out for someone. I was utterly disappointed.
