I purchased an order about 6 months ago for a DVD and a coffee mug to be delivered to Malawi. I have had to send over a dozen emails asking for information regarding delivery and have never received a proper response. The Customer Service Representative, E******, is never able to answer any of my questions. Etienne has been telling me he is checking on customs, but never writes back to let me know what customs says. I have now requested my money back and to speak to a supervisor. The package has never been delivered, there is no tracking information and it is half a years time! I will never order from this company again.
