Country Inn Guest House, Bloemfontein

I am a very unlucky client. My daughter and I booked a place with them. My mother went in for heart surgery and they had to transfer her to Pretoria within half an hour of booking I canceled due to the transfer of my mother. Now they refuse to refund my money.... I just feel it was out of my control and the owner of the place refuses to refund money in the heart if you ask me I had to look people in the eye for sleeping place because of the place don't want to pay my money back.... SO A WARNING THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY......

DIRTY!!! I booked a room at Country Inn the room was dirty and smelly, worse the room had a toilet, basin, and shower in one corner,not even shared with a class or something to separate the 3 from each other.. Shower aside, toilet n basin together..It's 3 In one... The bedding was dirty, full of stains.. The bed was worse too.. Base was made out of cement.. mattress springs was hurting me the following day when I woke up.. Stiff neck n painful body...TV one station... If you get the picture of a prison cell...that was the room I spend the night at imagine... In the morning the staff made so much noise and they very rude.. Unprofessional too..

I booked into the Country In & Cabin in Bloemfontein for overnight accommodation on Thursday 11 April 2013. The room was a bit smelly and not at all very smart, but I needed the accommodation as it was after 17:00 and I did not want to travel further. I paid R460.00 for the room and when I got to the bathroom the previous residents long black hair still adorned the hand basin and the floor. The toilet paper has about 3 blocks left. The bedside tables and coffee table has not been dusted and the rag I used to wipe them turned our a dull grey black. On opening the bed the previous residents long black hair still adorned the pillow and the sheets. The towels had not been changed either. I contacted the reception and was promptly supplied with a fresh set of badly washed linen and the friendly man then redid the bed and replaced the towels. I will NOT be making use of this accommodation again !
