I am a professional male therapist offering Swedish, deep tissue massage and Shiatsu to men and women in a tranquil studio in Constantia.

I offer a holistic Swedish massage designed to turn you around -particularly if you are stressed or tired - and send you out glowing and content.

I care passionately about your well-being! As a masseur I feel unhurried, still, intuitive and loving.

A holistic massage is one that covers the whole body, as opposed to treating specific problem areas. Many ailments are relieved by such a general treatment, and in moving systematically over the whole body this routine generates a wonderful sense of overall contentment, where mind, body and spirit are integrated. Over the course of the treatment you achieve a high level of awareness of your body. As you relax, your mind becomes stilled and peaceful, leaving you lighter and cheerful. I love seeing this result of my work time after time.

I am also trained in deep tissue and sports massage, and Shiatsu.
