Company description

In terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA), No. 130 of 1993, amended, an Employer must report all work related injuries/illnesses to the Insurers. The reporting of work-related injury/illness to the Insurer will enable the Employer/Employee to receive benefits from the Insurer, provided the Insurer has accepted liability for the claim.
