Executive Headhunting
The ideal candidate may not be an active job seeker or may be working for the competition.
An experienced consultant will spend time with the company to gain knowledge of the culture and criteria required.We then use our expertise to find a group of applicants with the right competencies, culture and drive. The hiring manager and decision makers can then have a group interaction or one on one session to evaluate the applicants and make a decision.

Graduate Selection
Collaborative Careers will take the hassle out of your graduate programme selection, from managing the advertising process to screening all applicants through to short listing and selection. The information is then handed to you to make your final decision, and it doesn’t end there, many of the candidates who apply for learnerships have to be regretted because they are too senior for the role in terms of experience or they have great skills in a different field. We use their information to create a talent database with details of each applicant along with skills, so should you require staff in the future, you can refer to the talent pool.
