Colela Group Investments is a Consulting Company. Main focus is the development, promotion, training and investment in the Small Medium Enterprises (SME) sector. Our objectives are:
- Promote inter-African Continent investments:
- Promote cross-border joint venture partnership; 3. Develop joint venture partnerships between these countries and their western counterparts, especially on SME level; 4. Raise finance to fund these partnerships; 5. Seek long-term capital appreciation through equity investments; 6. Facilitate the creation of financial infrastructure to attract more foreign capital (FDI) into Africa; 7. Promote expansion of industries through the development of SMEs; 8. Develop entrepreneurs and their skills through training, mentoring, advisory service and research and development; 9. Expand manufacturing sector through SME development and promotion; 10. Expand other value adding industries through the development of the SME sector.

Training, Research and Development (TRaD): It provides the following services under TRaD:
Training needs assessments
Training strategies and action plans; Development of training Programs to target and identify needs; Institutional development and training; Course designing and implementation; Management of large scale training programs; and
Conducting training workshops, seminars, etc.
Black Economic Empowerment (BEE): Assist companies or large organizations in:
Compliance; Accreditation; and
Effectively structuring their BEE component.
Business Advisory/Mentorship: Provides the following services:
Business start-up; Joint venture partnership; Financial and operational management issues; Re-engineering of the business; Mentoring and coaching.
Document preparation: Provides the following services:
Feasibility studies; Business plan development; Grant funding proposals; Tender forms preparation; and
Company policy document development.
Finance and investments: Provides the following services:
Raising finance; Putting together a consortium (syndicate) for financing; and
Sourcing equity partners.
