Ineffecient, disinterested, no follow up, no diagnosis. When I phoned Coci started telling me results of procedures he had not performed.
In spite of the fact that I tried to pay immediately in the office the staff insisted they would send an account. After multiple calls and emails an account was eventually sent months later which I paid on receipt.
In the interim they handed me over to their lawyers and are now demanding further payment.
Totally unimpressed, would never trust this bunch again.
