As the previous customer said , empty promises are part and parcel of this company and the best part is once the money is paid in full , then you get to see their true colours , they just dont give a damn. I will never refer them to anyone as I would not wish for any other paying customer to beg for a service that they deserve and have paid for....
Total experience frustrating and regretful.

I am not even sure if this company deserves a rating - Yes empty promises should be written into their company motto, once the money has been paid over , then you actually see the real side of them - I would not refer anyone to them.

If you have days to waste, lots of leave to use up, and enjoy listening to empty and false promises- then go ahead and deal with this company!
Take time off work- and wait for NOTHING to happen! Great service!!!!???
