Rating - 0. I handed my 2 suits in Tuesday and they were still not ready on Friday. I called the Branch on Friday and a lady Rebecca gave me a very rude and poor service. I asked for the owner's contact number so that I can report the service and she refused to give me the number. She hanged the phone on me while talking to her. I went in this morning to collect my suits and they were not ready still. I asked the lady to rather give me back my suits ready or not. The lady took my slip and went to the back areas for a very long time. I kept asking to be given my suits back but rather I got insulting words and yelling from Rebecca and her colleague. They made me to even be late for work this morning. I left the suits behind and am very angry. I cannot pay to be insulted(NO!NO!NO!). I expect James(The owner) to do something about this matter or else I will have to pursue reporting the matter to the CGCSA. I am looking forward to receive a call from James to know when will I get my clothes back. Karel - 084 471 6671
