I bought a new cadii from this shop and the dividers were removed. I was told I need to buy them separately after collection. New cadii come with a lunch box and also dividers as standard. I also asked them to brand the cadii with goku character and they print their company’s details ( company name and their phone number) at the front of the cadii without my consent as a customer. I was told this is standard when I enquired after collection but none of this were communicated with me when I was buying and telling them what to brand with. Mind you, this is the Child’s school cadii, and I am supposed to put my phone number there for the teachers to call me or anyone to call me for emergency but this company put their company details for advertisement. Very unprofessional. The cadiis they used for advertisement of the cadii pictures don’t have their company details yet they tell the customer it is standard to put their company details on each cadii.
