this company does not value they Tenants, our vehicle has been stolen out of they secure parking area at the Nedbank Centre Silverton, where my brother lives, under the watchfull eyes of the security and they do not take any responsibility for this, not does the management in charge care to settle this matter with us. They security systems are poor, lack on interest in the Tenants safety and stolen properties. they are quick to lock your doors if you paid 1 day late, but have no value to the Tenants as they customers!
We are still waiting on report back from management from the Nedbank Centre, where our vehicle has been stolen, under secure parking with a security on gaurd!

Wapnick pioneered the conversion of redundant and derelict office blocks in the Pretoria CBD into secure and desirable residential accommodation. After perfecting his model in Pretoria, armed with his belief in the life of the inner city of Johannesburg, took his successful recipe of regeneration to the Johannesburg CBD. Wapnick furthermore developed various well known industrial properties and retail developments.
Jeffrey Wapnick is the Managing Director of City Property and applies his wealth of experience and expertise in the property industry to ensure the efficient administration of all properties. He also serves on the boards of Octodec Investments Limited and Premium Properties Limited.
