Unprofessional, racist and rude - an absolutely disgusting experience. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this business. We went there today to make an inquiry about having a watch repaired. Without even asking what we wanted, the owner had a 20 minute racist rant, forcing her disgusting opinions onto us. That's right, we were NOT EVEN ASKED how they could help us, but instead she spat out her absurd theories calling black people irresponsible animals and saying that power should be left to whites like back in the "good" old days. Was it because we, like her, are white, and she "assumed" that we would appreciate her disgusting and offensive opinions? Well, bad for her, we did not. As if this had not been enough, she also talked very disrespectfully and offensively about their existing clients, and even sought reaffirmation from us, their potential new customers. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable - both in general, and especially in front of customers. Naturally, we decided to take our order elsewhere. We ended up taking our watch to S******* W**** on Hout Street instead and received really great service there. Not only was their staff very helpful and polite, they are also competitively priced and remarkably quick (order was ready the next day!) If you thinking about getting your watch serviced, we would highly recommend that you take it to Southern Watch instead.
