On Monday, 28 Match 2016, I was driving to Pretoria via N2. I stopped for a meal at this store. It was an extremely hot day and the store was full. There was only one man at the front doing both the till and serving orders to customers. I should commend him for the double job well done. Typically there's a man who was extremely rude to him complaining about waiting for his order for too long. Forgetting that when he was served at the till, someone was also waiting for their. The man behind the till remained so calm and simply told him that he must be respected as well as he respects customers. He put the rude guy to order in such a calm manner, I was truly impressed. I have respect for guys like him who refuse to be treated like dirt yet remain this calm. I wanted to slap this guy standing next to me and shouting at this man like he works in his house or something. Kudos to the good service the man gave us despite doing 2 jobs under extreme pressure and heat. To the owners of the franchise, you should be ashamed of yourselves for being understaffed and making people work under extreme heat without even an aircon. I hope you pay your staff well for enduring your inhumane behaviour towards them.
