Centre Point is an A5 publication distributed exclusively in Sectional Title Town House Complexes in the East of Pretoria - the only medium to advertise inside Sectionanl Title Town House Complexes. The news of the Body Corporate as well as the Gardening Services is published inside this publication on a monthly basis, giving the resident a reason to read the publication - giving our advertisers great results. The main reason that advertising mediums cannot enter into these complexes is the security risk it creates for the complex - working through the Gardening Services, it cuts out this risk and we can offer potential advertisers a medium to advertise in this market that is otherwise unreachable.
