The original CCTV (PTY) Ltd was founded in 1967 and specialized in the rental of surveillance systems to all forms of commerce and industry. Konrad Rohrbeck, the current director, having spent the past 20 years with CCTV, diversified into both sales, rental and leasing of surveillance systems and changed the name in 1997 to CCTV Security Surveillance Gauteng (Pty) Ltd, and has since then opened a division in Kwa Zulu Natal as well as in the Western Province. CCTV services clients on a national and international basis. All activities are logged through the Gauteng Head Office to streamline functionality. This way CCTV Head Office has a full track record of all work undertaken. CCTV has an extensive product range to cover all aspects of electronic security management. We market our own brand of CCTV equipment, import a lot of well established security products, and build up our own DVR units for quality assurance. To keep abreast with cutting edge technology, we have our own testing stations of which we always have new products on test, to make sure that it meets with our standards that we have set for our clientele. We have highly trained and motivated professionals which are backed up by a supportive and committed management team which all have advanced skill and technical expertise. With constant training of staff and upgrading of equipment, we have been able to stay abreast of the advancement of technology. CCTV’s priorities are our client needs and therefore we are here to assess the risks and design solutions we feel is most suitable, both economically and operationally. We then implement the systems to provide long term maintenance and support.
