CarteBlanche Real Estates operates on a national basis through a networking system linked to several estate agencies in the major sentra.
EZ Trade 243 CC trading as CarteBlanche Real Estate was formed in 2004 after we identified a gap in the market between the bigger players and the small firms in the market. The lack of real personal service from sales to registration of the transaction was evident and CarteBlanche Real Estates was formed to fill this gap. Hence our motto "Specialising in Results".
Company description
CBRE is a member and shareholder of Multi Listing Systems which consists of over 200 member agencies. We are also registered at the Estate Agency Affairs Board (Fidelity Fund Certificate no 2006207763). CarteBlanche Real Estates sold in the last 18 months 92 units at a total value in excess of R83m.
CarteBlanche Real Estates are owned and managed by the husband and wife team of Peter and Dalene Arnold. Dalene is a qualified estate agent with previous experience with Seeff Properties and Remax. Dalene are responsible for the administration of the office. Peter was previously employed by Nedbank for a period of 30 years. He holds various qualifications such a B Comm Honnours degree in Business Economics(Unisa). Peter is responsible for the marketing and sales activities of the firm.
CarteBlanche Real Estates main focus is that of service delivery and establishment of optimum networking. We established excellent relationships with the four main banks, SA Home Loans, bond originating companies, attorneys, valuers, other estate agents, developers and others.
CarteBlanche Real Estates consists of a team of sales people gearing to make a difference in the Real Estate market.
Our main focus area is Gauteng West covering Randburg, Roodepoort, Krugersdorp and Randfontein.
We are members and shareholders of Multi Listing Systems (MLS) giving us up to date daily exposure to thousands of properties at any time.
