Carpet & Decor Centre - West Rand, Krugersdorp

I recently messaged a salesman (Ronald) at carpet and deco in krugersdorp, commissioner street to quote me on carpets I needed installed at my house. His enthusiasm and reliability on following through with the sale was shocking! I was in retail for 5 years and an area manager for 1 year. After agreeing on a time to meet, he cancilled for the next day. I told him ill be home until 11am. After asking him what time he could come through he said 11am. So Ronald was going to come to my house to quote me when I leave. what kind of service is that? Previously he left me a voice message asking me 'please' can he quote me.... now this is the professional curticy I get. Wow!! Good luck carpet and decor if this is the kind of staff you employ.
