Since end of August 2012, due to technology such as cloud /mobile phone systems etc. we are able to deliver a service online to you from anywhere in the country via satellite offices. Our website should be live and accessible within the next 2 months and for you who are interested, you will be able to register online to our portal to access your profile, advice amendments and report claims. We will however as always, be available via phone or email. We are also implementing a Client Relationship Management program which will track email or web notification to monitor the status to ensure that you get the best service.
