If possible I would actually like to give a negative rating, the service was that bad. First issue was they picked up our items in one truck and moved it to another truck without any communication before delivering the items. During this process many items were damaged as there was no care taken, boxes were thrown upside down, our lounge chair was broken, the washing machine was dented, the fridge handle was broken, and many other fragile items were damaged beyond repair. We paid extra to get R100 000 worth of insurance in the event something like this happened to which we are told they are not willing to cover it. The business also refuses to take my calls now that they are aware of this issue.
