Canopy King, Cape Town

I got a canopy via Canopy King. This canopy looked like it was second hand, as the door was cut terribly, the rubbers where falling off, had scratches and was painted badly!!! It almost seems like they sold me a second hand canopy at a new canopy price. So I was told by Canopy King that they will order a new one for me and it would arrive on Monday the 1st of August 2011. On the Wednesday I call them, since they never called me, and I was told to bring in my KIA Car to exchange the canopy. I get to canopy king and there wasn't a new canopy. So I ask to speak to management. Management told me: "if you don't like you can go else where and get over it!!!!" I was absolutely shock by this response!! These people are extremely rude and just because they are an establish company does not give them the right to treat customers this way. I do not recommend anyone use this company for their lack of basic education.
