We collect medical history and contact details. 4. We also provide a card with your unique number on it. 5. We provide a 247365 toll free line for emergencies. The main purpose for the service is to ensure the safety of the customers: 1. When you need to have emergency contacts. 2. When you have children on school and the school needs to be able to reach you. 3. If you have an emergency you or someone else can contact our call center and we will contact five nominated individuals or even your alarm company. 4. If your child is on school /wife at work we can contact you or your nominees if you cannot be contacted for any reason in case of any emergency situation. 5. If your child or adult with a disability is lost the card states specifically: “If I am Lost and you find me please call the attached number to ensure my safe return”. 6. If any delays are encountered and it is a child with a condition we can get more people to call at any given time until contact is made. 7. If you had too much to drink. Well call a lift. 8. Most importantly if your child is sick we can supply the caregiver/ emergency person with an immediate reflection of the child’s medical history as supplied by you.
