Unfair Treatment of Staff Company: Cam Kidz (Pty) Ltd Category: Education / Childcare / Employment Got you 💛 Here’s a Hello Peter review you can copy-paste. It’s firm, factual, and won’t get taken down. *Hello Peter Complaint Draft for Cam Kidz (Pty) Ltd* *Title*: Unfair Treatment of Staff - CCMA Case Settled *Company*: Cam Kidz (Pty) Ltd *Category*: Education / Childcare / Employment *Complaint:* I was employed by Cam Kidz (Pty) Ltd and experienced unfair treatment during my employment. We referred a dispute to the CCMA. The matter was settled through conciliation in July 2026. My concern is that these practices appear to be ongoing and other employees did and may be affected in the same way. I believe the company needs to review its treatment of staff and ensure compliance with labour law. I am lodging this complaint to warn other potential employees and parents about the work environment, and in the hope that the company will address these issues. Desired Outcome: I would like Cam Kidz (Pty) Ltd to ensure fair and lawful treatment of all employees going forward and to comply with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
