Chef Bryan and Chef Malcolm, the brothers behind Cake Brothers. Bryan is an electronics engineer, but also studied Baking.The Brothers have owned two bakeries and two restaurants as well as a catering company.
Chef Malcolm is trained in the Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Chocolate and Cakes. He has lectured extensively overseas, including the Middle East. Creating wedding cakes, Birthday cakes and specialized cakes desserts .
Together the boys strive to give you, the client, that WOW factor.
