C & J Earthmoving Repairs cc is a young and enthusiastic company with 100 years of experience between the members. With all these years of experience you can be guaranteed of quality work done at reasonable prices. We aim to rectify any problems you may have with a solution that solves the problem the first time and dedicate a lot of time to ensure the job is done, and done correctly. Our many years of knowledge and experience make us specialists in the repair service of these enormous transmissions and not only that we have a dyno facility and service the following transmission brands: CAT, ALLISON, VOLVO, VOITH, CLARK, ZF and HITACHI. We also have special diagnostic tools for CAT and Allison transmissions to ensure top performance at all times and in all conditions.
Company description
We do field service within reason according to our terms and conditions which are presented with each job done. We also assist with collecting and delivering jobs done where possible. If we do not have all the information for a job we have the means to obtain it and complete the job with the correct information and parts.
We have been in this business since the year of 2011 and have been developing ever since into a business that is reliable, affordable and that promises top quality service. In just two years we have already moved to a larger location to accommodate our immense growth.
We make use of an instrument which measures power output. This instrument is known as a dynamometer and this allows us to determine the power produced by an engine, motor or other rotating prime mover and can be calculated by concurrently measuring torque and rotational speed (or otherwise known as RPM). A dynamometer can also be used to determine the torque and power essential to operate a driven machine such as a pump. We specialise in repairs and make use of this dynamometer so that we can dyno transmissions.
