Very disappointed in the way your company does things. To cancel a bond when transfer and registration attorneys were ready to lodge then lose the title deed causing a further delay in what was already a very long process. After waiting for 3 and a half weeks from the bank for permission to lodge for copies of the title deed to have it sent back because PERSON X filled in the supporting documents, affidavit incorrectly for the request of the title deed. Causing more of a further delay! Considering to seek the help of the ombudsman if no help comes from this email. Don't even deserve 1 star
