BuzzAssist offers patient, friendly tech help for people who aren't tech-savvy, and for families who book on behalf of their parents. We help with phones, tablets, laptops, email, WhatsApp, printers, Wi-Fi, new device setup and staying safe from scams.
Sessions are remote anywhere in South Africa, or at your home in Johannesburg (Randburg, Sandton, Fourways, Rosebank, Roodepoort and Midrand). Every job has a fixed price agreed before we start, sessions are by appointment, and we explain everything in plain language at your pace.
