They most certainly don't even deserve a star. We were asked to pay a deposit which was invoiced by a lady called Cherise. She did not let the restaurant know about this and this was discovered upon paying our bill. We had made a 1h30pm reservation, we arrive to a table that wasn't reserved, wasn't prepared for us and mind you it seemed as though one didn't even need to make a booking to start off with. We waited and no one had stopped to serve us drinks or anything. Eventually we had to ask the first manager on duty if someone would take our drinks order. He forgot some of our order and I then after almost 45min I had get up to find out where the rest of the drinks order was and from there on we had three different waitors. We ordered our starters and mains in one order as we didn't want to wait long for the mains but we waited perhaps a hour and a half for the mains and when the mains arrived they forgot two plates. Once those two plates came everyone else at the table had eaten their meals long before the remaining two plates came, I must state that I had to get up from my table to ask where our food was (this is the second time I had to get up because there was no waitor checking in to see if we are okay or needed anything) . By then one doesn't even want to eat anymore. We then had to call over the waitress to ask if we can order our desserts. We waited so long for that too, approximately 45min later desserts arrive half prepared and had to go back to the kitchen. Also still waiting for two other plates of dessert. We then got our bill and discovered that they billed us incorrectly. We let them know we paid a deposit which they didn't believe we actually paid. After showing then proof they insisted on confirming this (Cherise/Sherise whom invoiced us didn't communicate this with the restaurant) and we kept arguing back and forth insisting that we paid this deposit. After a long back and forth argument the second manager on duty (as well as the waitress) didn't even know that the kids under 12 years was half price, which was charged full price on the bill they provided us with. Eventually by 17h45 the bill was paid and sorted. We did not feel the need to pay a tip as the service was extremely poor and the attitude of the staff was that of a I don't care attitude especially that of the first manager on duty that afternoon. I have never in my life had to wait so long for lunch and only left the restaurant when one should be sitting for supper. Arriving at 13h30 and leaving at 17h45 because the service was so poor.
