Have worked with Brilliant in the past hence decided to go ahead with them on this project as well, needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the unprofessional manner! Never provided me with a complete list of hardware requirements I was forced to frequent hardware shops daily, did bathroom reno left it in an unacceptable state. 2 broken tiles, shower handle not fitted properly, sewage pipe left exposed no grout or tile covered the opening in the wall, entire bathroom covered in hardened grout!! As an experienced contractor he should know better, grout is still on the wall tiles & cannot be removed. A nightmare at this stage to remove. Fitted door handles on new doors, all crooked with missing screws that are different colours, he cut down a door to the wrong size & had to glue the piece back which made the new door very unsightly. Despite reaching out to him numerous times my messages & phone calls fell on deaf ears. I'm extremely pissed and dissatisfied at his unprofessional behaviour. Employed another contractor to correct his mistakes
